Happy 2025 everyone! We hope you are having a safe and warm winter. We are excited to announce that we will be starting our sales shortly. Our first sale of the year will feature the Bill Mills estate. As many of you know, the Mill’s started the State Nursery in Helena and were the original landscaper’s of the Broadwater Hotel. One of the key items in our sale will be an original painting by RE DeCamp. This painting was on display at the Historical Society in 1999-2000. DeCamp gifted this art to the Mills family in 1902. It is a view of the Broadwater, probably from a setting in the Scratch Gravel area. The painting will go on Silent Auction at our sale. Also at the sale are some stained-glass windows from the Broadwater, Bob Morgan, Gary Carter, and other Montana artists along with an early advertising clock from Helena, Kessler Brewery items and more.
